One of the most common questions restaurant owners ask when considering a new POS system, online ordering platform, or website provider is:

The distance between Vancouver and Arkansas is significant. In fact, we have never had the opportunity to visit the restaurant in person.

Despite that, Kobe Hibachi Grill & Sushi has been using our online ordering and website services for nearly ten years.

What makes this story even more meaningful is that the restaurant changed ownership approximately three years ago.

When a restaurant is sold, new owners often review every aspect of the business, including technology providers. Many businesses take the opportunity to switch POS systems, website providers, or online ordering platforms.

In this case, the new owner carefully reviewed the existing systems and chose to continue working with MenuOne. Three years later, we are still proudly supporting their business.

This experience has taught us an important lesson:
