Release Notes – POS and Restaurant Operations Improvements

Online Orders Sent Directly to the POS

Online orders are now automatically sent directly to the POS.

Restaurant staff no longer need to manually re-enter online orders into the POS, reducing duplicate work and order-entry errors.

Order items can also be automatically routed and printed at the appropriate preparation stations, such as the Kitchen and Bar.

Improved Restaurant Menu Display

The restaurant ordering page has been improved to help customers choose menu items more easily.

Previously, customers first saw small food images and had to select the large-image icon to view a bigger image. Large food images are now displayed first, giving customers a clearer view of each menu item before ordering.

Daily Closing Report

The new Daily Closing report allows restaurants to view online and POS sales together in one report.

Users can select a specific date, review the complete daily sales summary, and print the report directly using a POS printer. This makes end-of-day reconciliation faster and more convenient.

Multiple Printer Support

The system previously supported only one printer. Restaurants can now connect and use as many printers as needed for the Kitchen, Bar, Cashier, or other preparation stations.

Orders can be routed and printed based on individual menu items or menu categories, ensuring that each station receives only the items it needs to prepare.

Larger Menu Names on Kitchen Tickets

Menu item names on kitchen order tickets are now printed in a larger font.

This improvement makes kitchen tickets easier to read and helps kitchen staff identify ordered items more quickly.

Kitchen Stations

A new Kitchen Stations feature has been added to define and organize different kitchen and preparation areas.

Restaurants can create stations such as Kitchen, Bar, Grill, Sushi, Dessert, or other sections based on their operational needs.

These stations can be used to manage KDS screens and POS printers by section, allowing orders to be routed to the appropriate preparation area more efficiently.
